This project converted the First Church of Christ Building into condominiums in the center of Winnipeg, Manitoba. The redevelopment included the creation of five floors in which 46 one bedroom units were accommodated. This included the updating of the building to meet updated
building codes, but maintaining various features of the original interior and exterior. Additional windows, bike storage, and balconies were added.

The design team worked closely for three months with community advocacy groups, the City of Winnipeg, and other stakeholders on the redevelopment and throughout the four years of construction. The success of the project was driven by the design team's passion to preserve the
heritage in a re-purposed fashion and consideration of the community. The efforts of this project is exemplified by the presentation of the Heritage Winnipeg Special President’s Award in 2014.
